How do I book a pickup?
Book online in the Book Now section, or call us at (814) 340-1045 or send a DM to @TheLaundryValet_814 on Instagram. Tell us your address, your plan, and when you'd like pickup.
How big is a bag?
Our standard bag is a 13-gallon kitchen bag. Fill it up and tie it closed. Other bag sizes may be priced differently. Each bag fits up to 2 loads of laundry.
Do you offer a discount for multiple bags?
Yes. Each extra bag costs $5 less than the one before. For Standard, your 1st bag is $35, 2nd is $30, 3rd is $25, and so on. The same $5 steps apply to Express and Priority.
How does the monthly basket raffle work?
Every month we draw one winner for a themed gift basket, and every basket includes 1 free Priority wash. There are 2 ways to enter:
- Free entry: follow our Instagram and DM @TheLaundryValet_814 your name. One free entry per person per month. No purchase necessary.
- Priority bonus: every Priority booking gets you an additional entry on top of your free entry.

The winner is drawn at the end of each month and announced on our Instagram. You must live in our service area to win.
How fast do I get my laundry back?
Standard returns within 24 hours, Express within 12 hours, and Priority is delivered within 1–6 hours.
What areas do you serve?
The City of Erie, Millcreek, Harborcreek, Fairview, and Summit. Just outside those areas? Call or DM and we'll let you know.
What are your hours?
We pick up and deliver every day from 7 AM to 10 PM.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, card, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and Chime. Pick your payment method on the booking form. Payment is due by pickup, before we wash anything. If you choose one of the online payment methods, checkout opens right after you book. If you choose cash, just have it ready when we arrive.
What if something gets damaged or lost?
We treat your clothes with care. If something is damaged or goes missing while in our care, call, text, or DM us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll re-clean the item at no charge or reimburse you up to $50 per item. We're not responsible for normal wear, items left in pockets, color bleeding from items that aren't colorfast, or items that should be dry-cleaned only.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 2 hours before your pickup time. Use the link in your confirmation email, or call, text, or DM us. Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup, or no bag out when we arrive, may be charged a $10 trip fee.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. We serve homes, apartments, and businesses. Reach out to set up regular pickups.
Is there a first-time discount?
Yes. New customers get $5 off their first pickup. Check the box when you book. The discount is limited to one per household, and we confirm it against our records at pickup.
Do I get a Laundry Valet bag?
Yes. Every customer gets a free custom Laundry Valet bag with their 2nd pickup, ready to use for every order after that. Priority customers get theirs with their very first order.
